Jeanne Moeller holds a BA from UNF with a double major in Political Science and Business Administration, and a minor in Marketing.

As a County elected official, she joined the Board when the Homeless Coalition was the lead agency, fulfilling the requirement to have an elected official on the board.

Jeanne is enthusiastic about the agency’s expansion plans and the recent renovations of century-old homes. She hopes her experience will help advance the mission and achieve the organization’s goals.

Donald (Don) Carmichael

Don Carmichael has served on the Homeless Coalition Board since 2021.

He has over 20 years of experience in broadcasting and was inducted into the Wisconsin Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Throughout his career, Don served on several boards, including United Way, The Boys & Girls Club, and as Chairman of the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce.

Now retired, Don enjoys serving on the Memorial Presbyterian Church Outreach Committee.

Debra Blackburn

With over 30 years of community banking experience, Debra Blackburn has been serving the St. Augustine community since 2004.

She has been affiliated with the Homeless Coalition since 2014 and currently holds the positions of Secretary and Treasurer.

Jamie Mackey

Jamie Mackey brings over 40 years of site development and civil engineering experience to our Board.

For the last 25 years, he owned Civil Support Services, providing site design services to land development professionals. He also founded and operated St. Johns Boat and RV Storage, designing and developing five facilities in northwest St. Johns County. Jamie joined the Homeless Coalition Board in late 2022, focusing on campus infrastructure and facility expansion.

Jamie has been married to Trish for 35 years, with two adult children. They live in Nocatee and enjoy pickleball, traveling, and boating.

Kim Martin

Kim Martin has been a military wife for over 40 years and a resident of Jacksonville/St. Augustine for more than 35 years. She holds a Business & Administration Degree from Kennesaw State University and is a member of Beta Alpha Psi.

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and commercial and residential real estate, Kim is a Certified Relocation Specialist and a member of NAR, FAR, NEFAR, and the St. Augustine Board of Realtors.

Specializing in single-family homes, condominiums, luxury estates, and residential income property, she is also a Military Relocation Professional and a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

Martha Gleason is a recognized thought leader in strategy, marketing, and competitive and market intelligence. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in developing results-oriented go-to-market strategies and promotional marketing plans. Martha has worked for large corporations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Johnson & Johnson, Discover, and Prudential. She has also mentored start-ups in the Jacksonville market.

Prior to founding VIDAL Market Insights and VIDAL Promos, Martha developed and led the Market Intelligence organization at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida for 20 years. She served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), and is a Competitive Intelligence Fellow. Martha has been a board member of the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center and is currently a member of the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI), Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), and the St. Johns Chamber of Commerce.

Martha received her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Mount St. Vincent. She holds a Competitive Intelligence Professional designation from the Fuld-Gilad-Herring Academy of Competitive Intelligence.

Jean Harden is one of the founders of the Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County, driven by her passion for providing housing for homeless children and their single parents.

She ran the Lead Agency for St. Johns County from 2001 until 2016. Jean is an emeritus member of the Pilot Club of St. Augustine, Rosalie James Circle of the King’s Daughters and Sons, and the Emma Guild.

She continues to volunteer at the Homeless Coalition.

Moving families and individuals out of poverty and homelessness takes a community of volunteers, donors, and leaders.

It also takes services and programs to meet the needs of vulnerable families and individuals to stabilize their housing crisis situation, attain resiliency through life skill training, and gain self-sufficiency and upward economic mobility.
