Home Again St. Johns

Services: Home Again St Johns is a “comfort station” for the homeless. We provide laundry, showers, case management, resource and referral, employment related services as well as connecting them with resources in the community that helps to stabilize them. We also assist with applying for Food Stamps and other benefits they may be entitled to.

Services: The SMA Healthcare Drop-In Center is a recovery-oriented, nonjudgmental, community-based environment that provides strength-based support via peer-operated groups, advocacy, education and training – for individuals 18 years or older with a mental health and/or co-occurring diagnosis. Participants are able to talk to others with similar experiences to their own – cultivate shared meaning on their recovery journey as well as build or rebuild social skills – to foster the best outcomes supportive of health and wellness. Our Mission & Vision

The mission of ESHC of St. Johns County, Inc. is to truly make a difference in the lives of homeless families with minor children by providing housing and services required for them to remain intact, stabilize their lives, save toward affordable permanent housing, and break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

The vision for the Homeless Coalition is to have a well-manicured campus with restored and new buildings, robust family services and a proven track record of family success stories. There will be community ownership and pride in the success of these efforts along with increased funding to continue innovations in services.
